At just 14 years old, Sidney Johnson shares both the heart and voice that her parents have. Its easy to hear the similarities between Sidney and her mom Kristi. But Sidney is her own self, soft spoken and as sweet as sugar, with a voice that stands all on its own.

It is an exciting time in her life – stepping out on her own vocally – and embracing the natural talent that God has blessed her with. She is featured in her own track – Broken Vessels – on the family’s latest project, Abandon. She is combining her talent with lots of hard work and practice – from vocal lessons and coffee house performances – to most recently leading worship in her home church, Beach Church, in Myrtle Beach.

The new season is marked with her first recording project, an EP, that is currently in production. Its an exciting time to be Sidney.
